Elba embarked on her finance career in 2022, joining a leading SBA volume lender as a Small Loan Closer, specializing in loans under $150,000. Her exceptional performance and keen attention to detail quickly earned her multiple accolades as a top closer. 

Before transitioning to the SBA lending industry, she spent six years in the medical field. Since immersing herself in SBA lending, Elba has discovered a deep passion for supporting small businesses and helping others, thus fueling her commitment to excellence in her role. Elba finds immense satisfaction in closing loans for her small business customers,  knowing that her efforts help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and contribute to the growth of their communities. With this innate drive, Venturus is fortunate to have Elba on the team!

Born and raised in Miami, Elba cherishes relaxing at the beach or by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying peaceful moments when she can. As a testament to her academic dedication and drive, she recently graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Outside of work, Elba loves spending quality time with her husband, family, and dog as well as the simple pleasures like playing The Sims, which lets her explore her creativity and strategic thinking.
