As the SBA Quality Assurance Manager, Ranjan Mevawala brings 20+ years of small business and SBA lending expertise to Venturus. After owning and managing two fast food restaurants for a decade, she entered the SBA industry as a Loan Closer in 2013 for Noah Bank.  Following that, Ranjan served as Closing  Manager for Freedom Mortgage until she joined Q2 Business Capital in 2017 as a Senior Closer, until her exceptional attention to detail and compliance led to her promotion in 2019 as Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist.

Ranjan is active with the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO), Central Jersey Chapter – a nonprofit organization that enhances networking & helps promote awareness of Indian culture, customs, and contributions of People of Indian Origin (PIOs) through community programs, forums, events, and youth activities. 

A graduate of Rutgers University and fluent in three languages, Ranjan, along with her husband and two children, enjoy travel, hiking and spending quality time as a family. In addition to loving crime shows and stand up comedy, you can often find her on weekend mornings baking delicious desserts for friends and family!
