Megan is a seasoned loan operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting financial institutions across commercial, construction, and SBA lending. She brings a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, enhancing process integrity, and delivering consistent, high-quality execution within complex lending environments.

Throughout her career, Megan has held progressively responsible roles, including Assistant Vice President of Loan Operations, where she oversaw the booking and funding of commercial, construction, and SBA 7(a) loans, managed participation settlements, and led SBA 1502 reporting. She has extensive experience with general ledger reconciliation, wire processing, loan modifications, and construction draw disbursements, as well as working across platforms such as CSI/NuPoint, Fiserv, and nCino to support accurate and compliant loan servicing.

Megan is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach. Her hands-on experience spans the full loan lifecycle—from pre-closing and documentation through servicing, reporting, and payoff—allowing her to streamline workflows, support cross-functional teams, and improve operational accuracy in highly regulated environments.

Originally from Ithaca, New York, Megan relocated to Atlanta in 2011 and has since made it home. She enjoys the energy of the city’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and, outside of work, can often be found attending live music events, exploring local festivals, traveling, and discovering new experiences.
