With over two decades in banking and nearly 18 years focused on SBA lending, Alketa Kodra brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping businesses grow to her role as Multiple Disbursement Specialist with Venturus. She’s well-versed in SBA 7(a) and 504 programs and specializes in managing complex commercial loan portfolios—from origination through full disbursement and servicing. Known for her precision, integrity, and client-first mindset, Alketa ensures every loan moves smoothly and compliantly across the finish line.

A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Psychology, Alketa began her banking career with Sovereign Bank and Commerce Bank before joining the U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Guaranty Purchase Center. She went on to hold key roles at EagleBank, Northwest Federal Credit Union, and FVCBank, and later served as Director of Loan Servicing and Portfolio Manager for Community Development Transportation and Lending Services—supporting women- and minority-owned businesses and promoting financial literacy among young adults.

Originally from Albania, Alketa moved to the U.S. nearly 30 years ago and now lives in Sterling, Virginia, with her husband, four teenage sons, and their American Bully. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and volunteering with local organizations that support widowed families and the homeless. Alketa believes every loan represents a dream being built—and she takes pride in helping those dreams take root and grow.
