Anita, the SBA Loan Operations Manager for Venturus, has over 30 years of banking experience. Her banking history began in 1983 working for Marengo State Bank and evolved to include working as the Loan Operations Manager for English State Bank, Community First Bank and First Savings Bank, maintaining that position for over 26 years while successfully guiding her ever increasing staff through three bank mergers and various loan portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Venturus, Anita decided to further expand her career –  when in 2017, she got her start in SBA lending by joining Q2 Business Capital as the Multiple Disbursement Specialist.  An exceptional talent who is always eager to take on new opportunities, Anita subsequently transitioned into the position of SBA Post Closing Specialist. As a current member of the Venturus team, she plays a critical role in loan operation accounting, onboarding and management of the SBA portfolio.
Anita enjoys traveling with her husband of 41 years and spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren. An avid crafter and florist, Anita especially loves to decorate for weddings and to date, has brought the dreams to life for twenty brides!
