With nearly a decade of SBA lending experience, Rebecca (“Becca”) Gilmore brings precision, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit to her role as SBA Loan Closer. She has closed more than $130 million in SBA 7(a), 504, and line of credit loans across diverse industries, earning recognition for her accuracy, technical expertise, and ability to streamline complex transactions from approval to funding.

Earlier in her career, she also gained experience as an independent insurance agent, assisting families and seniors with Medicare, life, and other insurance programs.

Becca started in the SBA lending industry with Celtic Bank, where she developed a strong foundation in loan processing and compliance. She later advanced to Loan Officer Assistant at First Community Bank of Utah, supporting high-volume SBA and commercial lending during peak pandemic relief periods. Before joining the Venturus team, Becca was a Closer at Umpqua Bank where she led a team of four, managed full loan lifecycles, and ensured each closing met rigorous SBA standards. Becca is known for her collaborative approach, coaching and mentoring others while ensuring each loan closing meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. She is proficient in SBA platforms including ETRAN, LaserPro, nCino, and PipeDrive, and brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for helping small businesses succeed.

A Utah native, where she lives with her husband and  English Bulldog, Baxter, Becca is known for her approachable style and team-first mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors  – hiking, biking, and traveling throughout the United States  – and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Driven by the belief that every SBA loan represents an opportunity for growth, she takes pride in helping small businesses achieve their goals and strengthen their communities.
