Chondra (“CC”) Colesboswell has almost two decades of experience in banking and small business finance. Since initially starting in Commercial Loan Administration in 2007 with First Citizens Bank, CC has become an entrepreneurial enthusiast. Over the years, she has developed a strong passion for helping small business.  She has been managing and servicing SBA portfolios since 2016, including a return stint at First Citizens where she served as a Credit Servicing Specialist until 2020. Over the last several years before joining Venturus, CC has held portfolio management positions with Q2 Business Capital (First Savings Bank) and Pinnacle Financial Partners. She thoroughly enjoys the opportunities that portfolio management provides, especially being able to help each borrower with their ongoing needs while honoring the original terms and requirements of the loan agreement.

A veteran of the United States Army Reserve, and a graduate of Meredith College with a degree in Business Administration and Management, CC is a curious life learner who enjoys taking long walks, sharing the adventures of hiking, and visiting museums.  She loves chance meetings with interesting strangers as much as visits with well-known friends.  She can immediately identify when and where she met you by the name you assign her after she invited you to call her “CC”.
