Connie has over 32 years in the banking industry, with 18 of those years solely focused on SBA lending.  She started her SBA Lending career with Popular Small Business Capital, formerly Banco Popular, N.A., as a Junior Closer in 2005 where she packaged, closed, disbursed, and always managed her loan files with excellence and in compliance with SBA SOP Regulations.

With a reputation of being a high performer, in 2010, she was offered the opportunity to work as an SBA Loan Administrative Officer II in the SBA startup division of The Bancorp Bank. That experience led her to another startup in 2016, when she joined Radius Bank’s new SBA Division (currently LendingClub Bank, N.A.) as AVP Closing Officer. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with new SBA ventures, Connie joins Venturus as a Senior Closer with a wealth of knowledge and expertise on all types of SBA loans, especially the unique processing requirements for Business Acquisitions, Debt-Refinance, Leasehold Improvements, Ground-Up Construction, Franchise Financing and SBA 504 loans. 

In addition to the aforementioned startups, Connie’s extensive history in finance has included work for Avondale Federal Savings & Loan and  LaSalle Bank, N.A.

She is a bilingual native of Chicago, IL and currently lives with her husband, and two of their young adult children in Lexington, SC.  She is an active member in her community and loves to travel, enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
