Elizabeth, who also goes by Beth, has over 20 years in commercial banking with a specific focus on SBA Lending.   She started her career as a legal assistant before quickly moving into a bank as a Loan Closing Specialist.  After 5 years learning the ropes of SBA loan closings, in 2008, Beth joined CIT Smalll Business Lending, a previous #1 non-bank lender, who was acquired in 2014 by Ready Capital where Beth served as an integral part of the transition team.   During her time with Ready Capital, Beth held numerous positions including:  AVP – Problem Loan Management;  VP – Quality Control & Portfolio Management;  Director – National Closing Manager and ultimately Director – Loan Operations Manager.   Beth is well versed in the life of the SBA loan cycle from origination through underwriting, closing, servicing and special assets. 

In her capacity as Venturus’ Portfolio & Special Assets Manager where she is primarily responsible for leading and managing any and all Servicing, Portfolio and/or Liquidation issues, Beth plays an integral part of the team – leveraging her extensive experience and deep knowledge of all facets of SBA Lending. 

Beth is also a member of NAGGL’s Future Lending Leaders 2023 Graduate Class,  as well as a current sitting member of NAGGL’s Small Lender Committee and Region II Committee. 

Beth resides in New Jersey with her husband and daughter where she spends most of her free time shuffling between cheer, lacrosse, soccer, softball, and swimming.  She also enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with family and friends!
