Joseph (“Joe”) Nolan brings over a decade of experience in financial strategy, commercial real estate, and small business lending to Venturus.  Before joining Venturus, Joe cofounded and served as Vice President, Head of SMB at Janover Inc. Under his leadership, Joe helped drive significant growth and leveraged innovative technology such that the department generated over $175 million in SBA term sheets within three years, contributing to Janover’s successful 2023 public offering.

In addition to his role at Janover, Joe co-founded and managed Finest Address LLC, a leading real estate syndication company focused on value-add projects in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. Joseph spearheaded strategic acquisitions, financial structuring, and project management, successfully raising capital and maximizing investor returns. Joe’s expertise in commercial real estate and his commitment to delivering exceptional results should serve him well in his capacity as a Senior Business Development Officer.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Psychology from Rutgers University, where he graduated with Gamma Sigma Alpha honors. A native of Philadelphia, Joe strongly believes in his community and has served on the Board of Directors for Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP).
