Michelle brings a strong foundation of financial knowledge and client service to every interaction as a highly experienced SBA professional with over eight years in the lending industry, including four years focused on SBA loan operations and compliance. Starting her career as a teller, she steadily advanced through roles in deposit operations, electronic banking, and loan processing. Most recently, Michelle served as an SBA Loan Closer at T Bank and Immito (now Port 51 Lending), where she managed the full loan closing cycle—coordinating with borrowers, title companies, and insurance providers to ensure accurate documentation, timely disbursements, and full SBA compliance.

Known as a quick leaner and attentive listener, Michelle is always willing to help others – whether it’s guiding a borrower through the loan process or supporting the Venturus team.
Her background includes hands-on expertise with technology and loan platforms as well as a deep understanding of SBA guidelines, loan documentation, and account reconciliation. Michelle is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and team-first mindset, making her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues throughout the lending process.

Michelle lives in Cameron, Illinois, with her husband, two energetic sons and their family cat, Callie. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, swimming, hunting, working out, and cheering on her boys in their many sports and dirt bike races. A lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, Michelle brings the same energy and commitment to her professional life as she does to her favorite team.
