Nicole Suarez

Credit Manager

As Venturus’ Credit Manager, Nicole brings 17 years of banking/finance industry experience with over 13 years specifically in SBA lending. She spent the majority of her career with TD Bank where she held multiple credit and portfolio management positions, ultimately earning the title of SBA Commercial Credit Manager. During her tenure with TD Bank, she received numerous accolades, including being awarded SBA Underwriter of the Year two years in a row.  After leaving TD in 2021, Nicole had a stint with Newtek Small Business Finance as their Senior Credit Administrator. That experience led her to Grasshopper Bank, where she spent the last two years in a credit leadership role before joining the Venturus team.

Nicole is located in Simpsonville, SC, a small suburb of Greenville. Prior to moving to South Carolina, she spent most of her childhood and early adult life in South Florida. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and her MBA from Florida International University in Miami.

Nicole is the very proud mother of a 15-year-old daughter, who is all about volleyball and soccer, and three rescue dogs.  When Nicole is not working and analyzing loan opportunities, she enjoys traveling, great food, and anything true crime.
