Sherri began her SBA career in 2020, joining a top SBA lender as a Senior Loan Closer, specializing in loans under $500,000. Recognized for her keen attention to detail and dedication to client success, she quickly advanced to a Business Banking Scored Underwriter, where she analyzed and approved loans up to $1,000,000. Over the last several years, she has honed her expertise in SBA lending, developing a strong understanding of loan structuring, closing requirements, risk assessment, and credit analysis.

Committed to professional growth, Sherri has completed advanced NAGGL training courses, deepening her knowledge of SBA program requirements from pre-approval to funding. Her experience spans all facets of lending, making her a well-rounded SBA professional. Currently serving as our Vice President, SBA Loan Closer, Sherri ensures accuracy and efficiency in the loan closing process while collaborating with business development officers, legal counsel, and our valued clients.

Outside of work, Sherri enjoys spending time with her young daughter, exploring parks and visiting the zoo. When she’s not on adventures with her daughter, she can often be found reading or indulging in historical Chinese dramas. As a graduate of Franklin University with a degree in Financial Management, her passion for continuous learning and personal growth extends beyond her career, fueling her curiosity and drive in both professional and personal pursuits.
