Susan Ragan brings more than 20 years of banking experience with a focus on loan operations and a reputation for precision, reliability, and exceptional client service. She has extensive expertise across the full spectrum of loan operations, including commercial, consumer, SBA, and participation loans, with a particular strength in loan booking, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Most recently, Susan served as a Loan Operations Specialist II at Georgia Banking Company, where she played a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of loan systems, supporting complex transactions, and partnering closely with loan officers, attorneys, and internal teams. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach make her a trusted resource in high-performing banking environments.

Earlier in her career, Susan gained additional experience in purchasing and marketing, broadening her perspective and strengthening her ability to support cross-functional initiatives. She is proficient in FiServ Premier and FIS and is known for her problem-solving ability and commitment to operational excellence.

Susan is also deeply committed to her community, having volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, created quilts for veterans, and coached youth bowling. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and passionately showcasing her vintage 1993 Toyota MR2 at local car shows.
